The firm is focused on results delivered at a reasonable rate. Frankly if it doesn’t look like you have a case, I’ll tell you. In general a person should go to court only when necessary and as a last resort. The court system can be frustrating to both plaintiffs and defendants. It often takes too long, can be expensive and may make the parties more antagonistic toward each other. I believe in usually trying to mediate and settle matters. Of course, sometimes in life trials are necessary.

Richard Genesco has worked as an attorney for over 30 years for UAW Ford Legal Services and in his own private practice. He has served as a mediator of civil and domestic cases for over 10 years. Richard is a member of the board of directors of Another Way Pregnancy Center and enjoys hiking, traveling and writing.
